Sales agents recruitment - Trialogue

Would you like to help us increase our presence in the US and the UK ?

 

Trialogue has become a global product. We have experienced a staggering increase in sales of our products internationally in both 2014 and 2015. Trialogue is an easy to use, robust and effective HR product, but this would not be possible without a dedicated network of international users, clients and partners.

We now want to boost this effect and better manage our international sales efforts by recruiting commission based “sales agents” worldwide. This message is thus meant for independent HR professionals as well as consulting companies, who would be interested in increasing Trialogue’s international presence: promoting its use in client organisations, broadening tool’s application in own practice, and actively making sales and marketing efforts.
 
Our current sales agents contribute to that goal by undertaking various activities, for example:
 
  • Using their knowledge of the local market to design unique sales approaches.
  • Maintain regular contacts to learn about the concept and to enrich it with their local insight and experiences.
  • Organise train-the-trainer opportunities in order to profile themselves as “local knowledge partners” as well as to enhance Trialogue competence of their consultants and associates.
  • Actively approach clients (e.g. offering them demo-workshops) and include Trialogue in their offer.
  • Increase tool’s local presence in online media and on HR conferences.
The standard agreement we offer is not territory specific*, lasts for three years** and is meant as an aid in building and strengthening relationships with our international partners. Signing the sales agent agreement with us means a number of benefits:
 
  • commission fees on sales to clients
  • free material for promo-workshops and demonstrations
  • closeness and participation in the R&D initiatives
  • our support in use and sales of Trialogue

* the countries excluded include: Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Italy and some Middle East region countries. Poland is not excluded as a territory to communicate sales from, but we are currently not looking for sales agents in this country.
