We have all the colours...
- The Diversity Icebreaker is NOT a personality test nor should it be used as a selection tool. It is a basis for communication, a three-way dialogue about preferences and communication styles.
- Each individual has ALL the colours and the potential to show all the characteristics but in differing degrees. However, we have preferences and we need to reflect on how these preferences may have an impact on other people.
- The colours show preferences and NOT competencies.
- A preference for one colour should NOT be used to categorise others in such a way as to limit a person’s freedom to act.
